Because it negates speed on the inside, but not so much inside outside.

They swapped on the outside which left HUGE miscommunications on swapping (i.e. Tyreke not switching) which led to easy shots.

Cunningham was not the issue defensively, Tyreke was.

Time and again. I wonder what the rotations would be like if the team was 100% healthy and this roster from the beginning of the year. Would Tyreke find himself on the bench at the end? And to be fair, Tyreke did play fairly efficiently and should have won the game in overtime. He makes that shot and he's the hero instead of the goat.
