Looks great. May try fryin a whole trout one day....Its the only way I fry white perch or bream to this day.

Try the grilled route. Cant stress enough how important the drying step is.. I tore one I cooked last week because I didnt dry it well enough.

That's a fantastic job on that. By all you guys. I will be trying this if the weather and work ever let me get out and get the main ingredient.
