Then tell him to study (even take some courses), practice, and take it more times. If he still can't get the 27, then maybe he just doesn't have the aptitude.

I didn't prepare a single minute for the things and got a 21. I was completely lost in the science part but my above average test taking skills made me get like a 20 on that section


I took it once, got what I needed and never took it again. In hindsight I should've taken it until I atleast gotten a 23, where I could've got some serious tops (I blew tops anyway but that's another story) and should've studied for it. My future kid will not make the same mistake


Although there were some kids that drove themselves crazy trying to get above a 30. They took that thing like 6 times trying to get it and scored like 27s each time. I thought that was a little overboard
