22, almost 23, so I'll lay out a plan for what I want by my 28th bday.

$35k in ROTH (hard to guess since we may hit a bear market here soon)
$100k in brokerage ($33k now but not contributing; same as above)
Start paying more than minimum on mortgage (about $30k paid off buying price, $100k to go) Will most likely move in about 5 years and would like to have downpayment on larger house come straight from condo equity.
Hope to hit $80k salary by that time as well.

Only read the first few posts, so far we have a 26 year old who will have 110k saved up and no debt, and a 28 year old almost making 6 figures. Money talk, where only the .00001% post
