That's really far fetched, but I think he means that kelly wants yes men like belicheck has. Guys/personalities that won't try to outshine the team. He wants conformist and guys that are along the company lines. It's has worked for the patriots.

I personally prefer Pete carrolls coaching style better because it encourages guys to be themselves
