I think it's safe to say that if he doesn't prove himself capable this year that Harris, as a junior with two years in the system will take over in 2016.

If AJ is a shite show again this year and Harris still doesn't beat him out this year then we better have a plan C.

I would let Harris play 1st and 3rd quarters in the McNeese game, and let Jennings play 2nd and 4th quarter.

1. Develop them both. Let them both play real minutes in all non-SEC games. Unless Harris looks terrible vs McNeese bring Harris in for one series in SEC games in which LSU has a 14 point lead. Not just to take a knee at the end.

2. Why pretend a QB can absolutely last an entire season, especially since Jennings runs up the middle?
