It's really not a hard concept to understand. Ignore it and it never becomes a bigger issue but bring unneeded notice and media attention to it and it escalates to people posting pictures of your house.

Yes, actually. They should be given press, they should be found out, and they should get punished and made an example of for this shite.
You shouldn't be allowed to harass the hell out of a person with impunity just b/c you are doing it anonymously online.
Telling people who are being harassed to shut up and ignore it does NOT solve the problem. It just emboldens fricks to continue doing it b/c they have no fear of repercussions.
