Sure, these people are definitely reasonable. That's why they're suing for $5 million.

They're dumb for doing that.

The cop used excessive force, Ray Charles could see that, but $5M is ridiculous.

The kid'll get 25K, the cop will stay on th force, and JPSO's liabilty rates will rise exponentially.

Everybody wins except the taxpayers.

I mean, everyone saw what happened and know the guy's history. Fire him and lambaste him on TV and people would be more behind the dept on the issue. Being proactive and retroactive at the same time. The police union obviously took the helm on this one, and we're gonna have to pay for it while they get to keep collecting dues for protecting one d-bag
