Vets / Cat owners.. My cat won't eat her food

Yeah I know I'll get blasted for this but whatever
For the past two days she's gone up to the bowl, sniffed and turned away. I chalked it up to the food being stale or tiresome.. So I went get soft canned food. She was all about it and sniffed..then walked away.
Is this a serious cause for concern?
1. She was fixed about a year ago and has had her shots in the last year also
2. Appears to be in good spirits.. Not meowing a lot to go outside or anything like that.. She runs around in the yard normally

Is she walking slowly or looking ill? Is she drinking water?
I'd give it another day and try again with fresh dry food and/or the wet food. And if still not eating, I'd take her in just in case.

Have you been changing the types of food she gets?
Cats don't like their primary food changed. Mine have been on the same dry food for 15 years. I'll occasionally give treats but dry food 95% of the time.
Cats can also be picky with wet food. Plenty of cats won't eat a wide variety of wet food.

My cat has done this twice in the last two months. He was running fever one time. Both times they never found anything wrong with him and he was back to normal a few days later. He kills a lot of rodents so I figure he probably got sick from one of them.
If he doesn't eat food for over two or three days I would take him in

Make sure she is drinking water.
Keep her inside as much as possible for 24 hours and see if she eats - It's possible she's snacking on something outside.
Also easier to keep an eye on her behavior in a controlled environment.

Only time my cat has done that for an extended period of time is when she ate a roach. Bugs in the house that they kill and eat can mess them up

Oh yeah.. Biggie. She's not drinking either

Did you try changing brands of food?

Definitely keep her inside as much as possible. She may have drank out of a puddle... but you won't necessarily know that without a controlled environment.
ETA:
You never know what kind of runoff ends up in a puddle.

I'd get her to a vet soon. Cats will go into renal failure if they aren't eating.
More than likely, she has an infection she needs to be taken care of.

you need to call the vet tomorrow. a rule of thumb is to call the vet if your cat has gone more than 24 hours without eating or drinking.

you don't want this to go too long. at about 7 days without eating, your vet may insert a feeding tube to force-feed because after 2 weeks of not eating, cats are at high risk of hepatic lipidosis.

She's probably just really effective at murdering the local bird population and getting full off that

Is she pooping normally? My cat was doing that and was constipated.

If she doesn't eat tonight, I'd take her in tomorrow morning and not wait. Cats are notorious for hiding illness until they get too sick or past the point of no return. Mine had a raging UTI not long ago and the only way I noticed is when he finally started drinking a lot of water. Cats don't normally drink much, so I knew that was a bad sign of something, plus I feed wet food only with some water added to it. Had a diabetic cat and dry food was awful for her, so I switched them all to a low carb wet and got the diabetic cat off insulin and the others lost a little weight they needed to lose.
Could be a multitude of things. Could have a blockage esp if not pooping. Check for peeing, pooping, purring and preening.ETA: There are 5 p's. The 5th is playing. Check your litter box well.
Make sure you check for dehydration. Too much could lead to death, so any indication at all requires a vet visit as soon as possible. If you don't know how, here's a short video.
