Oh goodness this has to be one of the only places left on the internet with grammar nazis.
I wish I had your pic so I could make a meme. Doesn't know the difference between do and due, can solve a Rubiks cube blindfolded.

Will make that the title of my autobiography and I will make sure the editors leave all grammatical errors from my draft as well ;^)

They used to have huge rubiks cube solving contests back in the late 70s/early 80s.

Since I haven't solved one, I'm going with its more OT baller not to have solved one

Very few people on this planet have solved one. The majority just learn how to do it on YouTube.

Never was important enough to me to even look up how to solve one.
Plus if they didn't want you to pull the stickers off to do it, they would've painted them on

I can solve it now but couldn't as a kid. Internet basically laid out a strategy. 3/4 memorization... the rest intuitive. Took about a week before I could do it without referring to the site. The instructions didn't focus on a speed route. Two and a half minutes on average.

Solving the Rubiks cube without knowing any patterns or algorithms = have fun for a hours, days, weeks.
There's a basic algorithm that most beginners use to solve the Rubik's cube in layers. I think using this method the fastest I could ever solve one was around 1.5-2mins.
When you get to the advanced stages, you don't really solve by layers anymore, it becomes pattern recognition. Typically why you see them study the pattern and then solve it. Recognize the pattern and complete X set of moves to solve it.
It's been a couple of years since I've fiddled with one. I could probably get myself through the first two layers. But doubt I remember the moves to complete the last layer.

Never, but my son could solve it in about 30 seconds.
