OK, this is akin to saying all you have to do is duck when I throw a punch at your face, and then you won't get knocked out!

He can be the biggest dick in th world...he can speed up all he wants to not let someone in...just because you are being a dick doesnt give you the right to just run them off road like she tried.

So much stupid.
Why? The trucker owned that lane. A blinker doesn't give you any rights, it just indicates intent. The VW could be avoided all this by not merging and cutting the trucker off
A CDL allows you to drive bigger vehicles, but doesn't make anyone a professional. Jeez.
If the VW pays attention, wreck doesn't happen.
Was a case of monkey-see, monkey-do. Altima made it and VW thinks they can make it too. Both cars slow down as they are merging, or did you not notice that? Unsafe lane change there by both of them, especially the VW. You see only what you want to see
