Making an assumption because he is gaining on all three vehicles in front of him that are not being impeded at all and not a single one hits their brake lights. He then continues to gain on them as he is swerving off the left side of the road. That shows me that he was refusing to slow down and was damn sure that she was not going to get in between him and the Altima. Like I said, she is at fault, but he has blame also. Not sure why he would intentionally put himself in that mess.

Would be no different than me intentionally striking a car that was running a red light when my light turned green. If I wanted to do this in Nola I could do it every day, why would I though?
