I would bet money that is not what he was doing here seeing that he is trying to pass the other semi. Like I said, she was in the wrong because he was occupying the lane. However, he intentionally hit her which was a pretty dick move. It would be like me seeing someone is trying to run through a yellow/red light and flooring it when my light turns green just to hit them. They would be in the wrong, but why put myself through all that.

It looked to me like he was about as far to the left as he could be without getting into the grass on the shoulder (which I assume could lead to something very bad).

They often get in the left lane (going 65) near on ramps, then cars try to pass them on the right...which often times doesn't work out. So now, the truck is stuck in the left lane going 65 because it can't get back over and it impedes traffic. I see it daily.

I'm not arguing he is in the wrong and she isn't at all.

Look to me like she intentionally hit him. He was the one that ran off on the shoulder. You can see that she clearly stops merging and starts toward her lane then goes right back to merging.

If anyone had any hope of quickly slowing down, it was her.
