Maybe you haven't kept up with their draft status but it's plummeted since the end of last season. They have not nearly played like NBA players which is why it is so up in the air if they would return or not. Only even 1 of them is projected to even be selected in the draft and that's in the middle part of the 2nd round. Just because they are 6'5 means nothing.
They are D-league players likely.
Here's a couple current mock drafts:
Andrew Harrison #50 overall, no Aaron Harrison
Andrew Harrison #51 overall, no Aaron Harrison
