I'm sure there are a lot of gross ones, but the hot ones more than likely don't go in there with stink vag. they are too good for that.

Doctors aren't special human beings. They are regular men that like hot chicks, assuming they aren't gay. They are simply being professional. Doesn't mean inside they aren't thinking about wanting to pound it.
