the news changing up wording, calling it a violent physical altercation. LINK tells me it MAY have been self defense
Sounds like she talked to her lawyer.
And remember kids it doesn't matter if you did it or not. Only how good your lawyer is.

Thats why I think whether or not they do charge her (and if they do, for what) is more important than what the verdict is here.
If there is evidence of a violence, and a history of "domestic issues" and yet the self defense claim isn't bought by the investigators...thats all I need to know.

Around 99% of the time, when there is a problem with a man and woman, the court will side with the woman

My wife and I really liked him as a physician, but it's not looking good for his side. I'm not going to be surprised if he was so violent that she had to shoot. But, that also doesn't make him a sociopath. Some people should just not stay together, they set each other off, but they don't havethe fortitude to end the relationship. That goes for any abuser who recognizes their behavior but for other reasons won't end the relationship.

He was a good lawyer, but Furhman (sp) handed that case to him.
When your whole case is that "cops lie" and then you get a cop to perjure himself in the very trial, well, that's cake.
