From "The Wind" by Warren Zevon, "Keep Me In Your Heart For A While". Considering that he knew he was dying and died within a month of the CD's release, it's pretty powerful.

Sorry you couldn't prove me wrong though...
You are wrong. And I find it highly suspect y'all all have that ultrarare nirvana CD without the track.
There's a .003 chance you have that version.
Sorry you didn't know that track was on there all these years.
Mine had the hidden track and I was catching nirvana in Houston at live shows while you were still in diapers and before nevermind hit.
Posted pic of the ticket stubs a couple months back on here.
Eta anyway the point is that is the final track nirvana planned and which went on the album even if less than 1% of CDs shipped without it by mistake.

I love the ultra rare, promotional copies of Nevermind
Posted on 2/26/15 at 8:45 pm to TFTC
apparently everyone on the music board has them and it's not that they feel dumb now because they had that track all along and never knew it.

Honestly, I know it's a hidden track... But I wouldn't know if my copy had it or not.. I really don't know if I even still have my original copy...
Although now I am curious to see if my GFs copy has it.. She was/is pretty tight with John Rosenfelder, who headed up DGCs radio promotion team at the time... I will report back... Nothing better to do tonight!

True story.. Went out to emos in Houston with some friends and came back completely trashed to a house I was renting at the time.
Cranked up nirvana and fell asleep on the pool table with 2 girls.. No I didn't do them.. We were just partying together.
Suddenly the racket that is that final track burst out of nowhere and we all three jumped off the pool table and looked at the CD player like it was possessed.
I had probably listened to that CD 50x prior to that and never knew that track was there.
Freaked us out.

It's not that rare. Out of the roughly 10 million US copies sold to date it is rare, if you call 1 in 100 rare. If you bought a copy in the fall of 1991 before it had even sold a million we're talking 1 in 10 or less.

Mine really doesn't have it, wish it did since apparently I must be missing out on some insanely great hidden Nirvana song.
Nirvana was one that got by me, but I was lucky enough to see Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, Rage, Stone Temple Pilots, and a few other cool bands of that era. Cute diaper comment though.

well i did post the song in this thread so you don't need to miss out on it.
and you're the one that started this thread asking about the best 'last song'! i was pointing out the fact THIS is the song nirvana planned as the last song on nevermind and its spectacular.

yet somehow..amazingly..you picked up a version of the album later that you had a ZERO percent chance of buying new and a less than 1% chance of finding used without the track.

Got by me, meaning I didn't catch them LIVE, as I did those other bands I listed. Listened to the track, so glad my album doesn't have that God awful piece of distorted excuse of a song. I could tell they put a lot into that one. So for me "Something In the Way" is a great finisher. Its so nice when MY copy ends right after that!

a big nirvana fan but in the year 2015 you had no idea that track was on their most famous album or had ever listened to it until today.
