I get what you're saying, but I don't see even a tab bit of reason that race would come up in something like this or why it would matter.

I'm not saying that he's not an idiot for bringing race into it because he definitely is but, the Duke Lacrosse scandal was fabricated.

It matters because according to the 2008 NCVS numbers, which is put out by the Bureau of Justice, there were over 19,000 reported black on white rapes/sexual assaults that year. The same year they found zero white on black rapes/sexual assaults. That is a pretty staggering number in my opinion.
