I didn't start watching until 06 so my first exposure to Cro Cop was him destroying Wand and Barnett on the same night. This is just sad to watch.

Cro Cop could have had much better success in the UFC. Lets look at some of his losses in the UFC that he should have won. Gonzaga had no business winning that first fight, but landed a once in a lifetime KO. He dominated both Roy Nelson and Schaub and then lost to some bullshite TKOs at the end. And getting KOed by a bum like Frank Mir was rock bottom.

I didn't see the Nelson schaub or Mir fight. For some reason sherdog made it as if he was losing these fights on their pbp. I remember reading them.
He was clearly out worked by jds. I do think he can beat Nelson in a rematch if he doesn't get hit. Awesome performance for a 40 year old man. He looked pretty lean at 232. Should he lose a little more fat to be faster at hw?

Gonzaga was clearly winning even before the bs Herb Dean standup that led to the kick.
