re: how much crawfish do you account per person

I eat WAY more crawfish at a boil than I do if I get some already boiled for at home or if I dine out and eat it.

I think it's just because it's there that I eat so much. And I already put down 5lbs at home/restaurants, so I imagine at a boil I put down ~7 at least. Depends on how much they make and how long I'm out there. I'll definitely go back once I digest if the batches are spaced out over the span of a whole day.
