I disagree with your premise. I think more LSU fans would believe that we surpass many Universities in having GREAT success in multiple sports across the board. Maybe more than most actually in the SEC and others. Look at our success in FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, BASEBALL,
TRACK, SWIMMING, etc. In fact I remember reading somewhere exactly how many Championships we hold in all Sports and was a tremendous number. Pretty sure I ready it here on the RANT.

I bet almost every student on campus can name 2 QBs .... And I bet there aren't many students that can give you the names of 2 pitchers

Baseball is less relevant in the national realm of sports than women's basketball. Good try though.

There is no school in the SEC that is baseball first.....maybe one exception...vandy.
