Can't believe I forgot about Patsy.
Also, I didn't include Alison Krauss (who happens to have a more pleasing voice than any of those I mentioned) because she is more Folk and Bluegrass.

I disagree. Randy Travis has legendary tone. Not great range, but outstanding tone.
