Yes you can blame the Texans for drafting a dude who had possible the worst regression ever from his sophomore to junior season.

If you draft a pass rusher who put 3 sacks in a season you deserve what you get.

The talk of his motivational issues have nothing to do with the fact that he hurt his knee and got surgery, what this topic is about.

This could easily be Mack hurt if he were a Texan.

This. It's not as if there is some huge dropoff in talent between the two. Mack had all the measurables as well. Pepole are making it sound like this was a no-brainer to take Clowney when it was so far from that.

Lions drafted Ezekiel Ansah in the top 5 and he had four sacks in his college career. He has been pretty good so far.
