It's easy to say that now, but it's hard to not fight back when someone is on top of you and choking you. It's a natural reaction regardless of how it got to that point.

I've been in many physical altercations and a few involved the police. If you you are too stupid to know when to shut up and back down then you likely deserve a. arse beating.
