The Middle Ground thread is for people watching the show who are either readers or nonreaders. Book talk is allowed, but only up the point the show is at. The most sensitive nonreaders don't go there, so the drama is a lot less. And, perhaps miraculously, readers respect the rules and don't post any spoilers. The idea is to help nonreaders get answers to questions that cannot be asked in the Hodor thread.
