Any of you ever used those cold blueing products like oxphoblue? I have a few old guns that are in rough shape as well. None of them carry much monetary value or sentimental so refinishing would only add to them IMO.

I have a bottle of re-blue which I put on my old 1100 my grandfather left me. It had a huge scratch and the blueing was worn off. This stuff seemed to get rid of it with a few applications with a q-tip.

Yes.

I am too lazy to type out the process. There is a vid on youtube where a guy reblues a Nylon 66 receiver cover. Start there and watch a few others.
