Who is they? Some lazy waitress?
I can't imagine an owner or manager telling the customer or making it a policy to tell the customer to "look it up." How about you find me a beer menu before I break my foot off in your arse. (That's what I would be thinking.)
Frankly, I think this post is BS. If this is true, why not just do the same thing for the food menu. That's because it's a stupid idea.
Having an online menu in conjunction with a printed beer menu is fine and makes sense, but doing away with a printed beer menu all together because it's time consuming or costly. Well, la-di-frickin-da! Welcome to the restaurant/bar bidness. Welcome to something called customer service. Welcome to something called creating a competitive advantage. Welcome to the idea of not making the customer work to give you money.
I can't comprehend Chimes being this stupid. So have my doubts.
Oh he mad.
I'd much rather look up a rotating beer menu on my phone than have some waitress who doesn't know the difference between Old Rasputin and Old Milwaukee try to remember what beer they have on tap.
And there are still paper menus, though they may not be the latest and greatest.
