We catch the parade at the same place..!! Judging by the picture, I'd say I am about 5 trucks to your left..!! haha

I hadn't been to many Houma parades since I was younger. When I did, it was on someone's property with a BBQ and everything going on, so I didn't "mingle" with the rest of the people. Then a few years back, my wife (from NOLA) wanted to go to a parade to catch beads for her St. Patrick's Day ride. Last minute decided to go and catch it by the mall. That has got to be the largest concentration of white trash that I have ever been around. It was comical just people watching.
