Ok Ok, I'll ask - how long before Harry Kane goes to the parent club?

I've been assuming Tiny Tots are Real Madrids B Team. Play well enough there, you get called up to play with the A team?
I'd watch out for Kaboul too...

It was actually a serious question as well...but with 'Pool playing Tots in a few days, I decided to make it a bit more bantz in nature.

Are we human? Or are we banter?

If we could consistently make champions league, we wouldn't have to sell our best players.
We are knocking on the door, but can't quite make it in.

Serious question: why is Harry Kane so fricking good? Was he supposed to be this good? Where did he come from?

Kane´s style translates poorly to La Liga. Don´t get me wrong, I´m both amazed with, and admire him.
He would bust in Spain, however. His touch is poor and there aren´t those box to box lanes to sprint in.

Go to SECrant if you want to troll. And I prefer Arsenal

Harry Kane loves the club like Steven Gerrard loves Liverpool. I remember seeing an interview with Gerrard saying he did not blame Suarez for leaving for Barcelona, but for himself, Liverpool was the top of soccer because of his love for the club.

Harry Kane is just a smart player. His touch isn't amazing, but he is a really purposeful dribbler, and he has been an absurdly clinical finisher this year. The guy can place a ball with his foot and head as well as anyone. He has no nerves in front of goal. I hope he continues to play that way.

He's the Chris Wondolowski of the EPL. Not his story. Just his game.

So Kane is coming to MLS?

Wondo couldn't replicate Kane's first goal against Chelsea against a high school team.

I don't mean it as an insult. You guys forget I love Wondo
Kane has a nose for goal. He doesn't do a lot else at an elite level but he puts the ball in the back of the net.
Wondo led MLS in scoring multiple years. It's a compliment.

If he is forced out at Spurs because of old age, yes.

I think Kane is great for what he does, and what Tottenham needs. He makes great runs. He finds space really well in front of goal. And he's a good finisher thats on a fantastic run of confidence.
Look at the two goals yesterday.
On the first, he sees the space and moves into it. He knows hanging back, he's got a defender, and is a likely non-factor. Most people don't go into that space and wait and see what develops. Most professional would do the same. Its a hugely important factor in the type of player he is being successful.
Goal number 2 - works just the enough space and just a good enough run to hit a flat out perfect header. GK had no chance. Not easy to hit a header right where he did and with enough power to give the GK no chance.
He'll do well at Spurs as long as they have all that young attacking talent around him. I think if he develops more (remember how young he is) he could be world class at his role.
