I'd be a lot more irritated if these high school kids weren't flip flopping with commitments constantly.

1)The vast majority of recruits don't flip flop.
2)It wouldn't be that hard to implement rules to cut down on flip flopping. However, their is an entire industry that now thrives on recruiting process in its current form.
3) They are fricking High school kids. Are you really holding High school kids to the same standards as 40+ year old adults.
