This is just hear say, bout a week ago I hear that a few if the fellas are still hunting because they have not been officially tried in court yet. They milkin this as long as they can. They should have suspended their shite just for being suspect. Hell one of the guys addmitted to it and is still hunting. From what i heard anyways...

That's not how it works. You don't have to take your punishment until they hand it out. And, there's a chance that the sentence won't have anything to do with hunting. The charges are vandalism of state property valued at over $50,000. That's not a hunting violation.

I wouldn't be surprised if hunting restrictions are part of the plea agreement. But if they don't plea, and a jury finds them guilty, they may not have their hunting rights rescinded (other than being felons and not being able to carry a gun).
