I'm not blaming anybody, just was asking if the smoothies there were healthy. Thanks for caring about my daily routine though

It's a loaded question and can't be answered yes or no. The answer is it depends.
The best advice you can be given is that you are better off bringing the items that are in the smoothie and eating without the additional crap they put it in them. But, it seems like you already knew that so you're looking for the easy way.
If you want to lose weight, stop looking for the easy way and start looking for the better or best way. Take fruit, greek yogurt, raw veggies, boiled eggs and nuts, etc with you to work and you will be much better off than getting a smoothie. But, yes (generally) a smoothie is healthier than subway or quiznos.
