BR really has a shortage of late night places. Why do you think this is?

My only guess is that since we aren't an all-night city like New Orleans, there's a shortage of people willing to work that late at night if not in a highly tipped workplace like a bar/the casino.

I have no idea, but it makes no sense why a place like that wouldn't stay open until 2 or 3 am with Tigerland around the corner. They'd make a killing, even if they only did late night Thursday-Saturday.
