BR really has a shortage of late night places. Why do you think this is?
My only guess is that since we aren't an all-night city like New Orleans, there's a shortage of people willing to work that late at night if not in a highly tipped workplace like a bar/the casino.

The Bluebonnet location just started serving breakfast last weekend. I'm gonna have to check that out soon. Maybe this weekend.
