Yes, it is. When you go to the playoffs every year and are consistently among the frontrunners to win the world championship, you are a dynasty.

If this isn't a dynasty, then the phrase needs to be retired from all future nfl discussions... what they've done over the last 15 years will likely never be duplicated, given the parody.
