They had 1 TO. In the event that they don't score on the first run, they have to burn it. Then for 3rd and 4th down, they are basically stuck with the personel group they use on 3rd down because their wouldn't be enough time to do a substitute with less than 25 secs.

That TO at 1:06 cost them the game. Really fricked their clock management up

It didn't help but come on. Besides, that interception play took 20 seconds to set up; they were all out of place.

Or they could run it there. If they don't get in, take the timeout. Then you can throw it the next down
