Leeks are a nice winter soup ingredient, especially with potatoes (I know taters are not a big time favorite ingredient for you)

I like potatoes just fine. I'm not a big fan of chunky potatoes in soups, but I like the way you sliced yours pretty thin. Looks like they work well in that soup and it's definitely a good Winter soup, though I like soups all the time! I made a white cheddar for the game. I make it quite often. I believe it's in the recipe book. It's delish.
