The dine and dash was a foolish move. The exGF could have put on a good act and lied to the restaurant management and possibly cops and painted you as the bad guy (which you were) and they could come after you. You intentionally broke the law and left yourself vulnerable.
Grow up and just don't have any further contact with her in the future.
