I'm stopped on the curve right before bridge. Cop lights on east bound side right off bridge. It's closed on that side for sure. Wow. And I'm in rubbernecking traffic.

Had I been stuck in that this PM (leaving Shreveport even 15-20 minutes later) I would have honestly had a nervous breakdown. Been away from my baby basically all week and couldn't wait to get back to see him. Knowing that traffic was only thing stopping me would have probably pushed me over the cliff, so to speak.

Left Scott at 3 this afternoon...called the wife at 5:30 to let her know I just passed MM 145...I just passed MM 149. That is a whopping 4 miles in 2 hours. So it is officially slower than walking.

I mean.. there are three ways over the river. Miss Bridge, Old Bridge, Sunshine.
Old Bridge had miles of traffic, new is closed, so it's Sunshine or sit and wait.
