even if that were to be true, another year in playing college wouldn't have made a difference. Whether he should have gone or stayed really depends on his circumstances and goals. If his dream was to play in the NFL, why put it off another year? The NFL can evaluate him as a junior and can project his development. Yes he would have been more developed as a player after another year but he will be even more developed with that year in the NFL over another year in college.
