Having a get together tomorrow. Wanted to try chargrilling my own oysters. I know the obvious answer is to go to Tony's Seafood. I'm just curious if any of you know of some hidden gems around BR.
Recipes for oysters are welcomed as well.

Louisiana Oyster Processors
10557 Cherry Hill Avenue
(225) 291-6923
They do not keep normal hours, but have always given me a good deal and fresh.

My go-to is Capital City Crawfish on Govt. Super-nice people and they always go out of their way for me.

Whatever you do, dont put mexican blend cheese on them. The board will crucify you.
Reno's $65 sack is worth the drive to Sorrento. 95 lbs of oysters. Tony's sell 32 lb sacks for $48.
