Do you not have the option for a high deductible plan? That's what I have and I use a hsa. I put in 3k a year to the HSA and my company puts in 1k. For a family plan I pay $357 a month and my deductible is 4k and max out of pocket is 4k. After having my hsa for only 3 years I already have about 10k in it. Fyi for a single person at my company for this same plan is 100% free.
