So I have been doing research on this, and I have locked down what my setup will be.
First the Antenna.
Moho Sky 60, is a 60 mile radius multidirectional antenna. I'll mount this on one of the roof gables, It is not very large so I do not think it will be obnoxious looking.
Second the Tivo Setups.
Roamio OTA DVR - $50.00 with a yearly subscription of $149.00.
The TiVo stream allows you to access all you DVR shows on any iOS or Android. $129.00
TiVo Mini, I will have 3 of these. Great thing is they connect to the DVR via Ethernet, so no need in splitting up the OTA Antenna and lose signal. $149.99 includes a lifetime subscription.
I'll add in a Hulu membership and use XBMC to fill in the gaps with my AppleTV and FireTv's.
Total cost for this set up is going to run me roughly $776.00 for the hardware. After that it's going to be subscription fees. Probably just to Hulu, that'll just be $96.00 for the year.

Spooky, you will quickly find that when you put Kodi on all of your Fire TV devices, you will regret the money invested in TiVo.
Anything you will Dvr with TiVo, you can access on Kodi with several of the various apps you can install on that. The Genesis app is what I am using to watch televised content.
I would rethink the TiVo portion of your strategy.
Eta: I just reread your post and it seems that you are planning on using TiVo to distribute your OTA content. I only picked up your line about accessing your dvr'd shows.

I have a Tivo HD (2009 model I think) with lifeteime subscription that I got off eBay for $200.
I do like the idea of streaming from main box to other TV's, did you like into a lifetime scrip with the Roamio?
