I'm a lot more apt to believe that than anyone saying he could a good distance, at speed, for any length of time.

1 mile race is different than just running a mile. I would literally make myself sprint as hard as I could and If I collapse and have to go to the hospital so be it….but should be able to light up a 7 minute mile.

agreed, any longer than mile and spectators were calling the amber lamps
