Anyone who knows Jindal is aware that he is no friend of LSU. LSU is lucky that its athletic department is self-sufficient, largely due to the revenues generated by the football program. The state flagship university is so poorly funded that it's laughable, and every year there are more and more cuts to the higher education budget.
