That may be true or one of the top reasons why the exception BUT lets not act like the top guns won't get their fair share of raises/bonuses

What time do the plant workers and field hands get off so they can jump in this thread and tell us how gas should be $4 a gallon to support their need for a F350? They show up in every one of these threads.

at my company they call them retention bonuses, like do we really need to keep these morons that have lost billions over the last few years and have driven the world's largest company(in our field) into bankruptcy?
