Mayo then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. It's actually pretty common.

For good fresh corn, peel back the husk, silk it, pull the husk back up, and wrap tight in foil. Lightly grills or bake it...just heat it through. It's too damn good to add anything to it.

I think that is the way they sell it on the streets in mexico and south america...
