I may be heading there for a weekend golf event and my bride may come. Is there any decent shopping around there for her to do? Thanks.

Outlet in Conroe , stores every five feet on FM 1960. Old spring has lots of antique shops

outlet mall in cypress ... woodlands up the road 10ish miles ... might want to check out Old Town Spring ... antique type shops with some decent restaurants ...

Would look for things to do in the Woodlands. It's close enough. Market Street has shops, restaurnats. There are also several bar near there
