"Chauvin businessman and former state senator Marty Chabert is planning to open a meat and seafood market in Baton Rouge in about six weeks."
Location: 13434 Perkins Road, between between Siegen and Pecue Lane. It was formerly City Cafe and then South Perkins Market Cafe, which were both Wayne Stabiler joints)
"Chabert says he envisions his establishment with a setup similar to Tony’s Seafood—a popular seafood market in north Baton Rouge—with plate lunches alongside live and boiled seafood, as well as a meat market. Chabert says the market will also specialize in New Orleans-style po-boys."

Tony's makes money because of the EBT card and his location, places like that don't make it in the nice part of town
