Kurt Cobain was a great songwriter, Hendrix wasn't even a good songwriter.

I'd rather listen to a good song than watch a guy play a guitar solo for 10 minutes.

So much wrong here. At least Hendrix could actually play a guitar.

And have you ever heard, The Wind Cries Mary? May This Be Love? Little Wing? Wait Till Tomorrow? Castles Made of Sand? Voodoo Chile? Gypsy Eyes? Crosstown Traffic"?

The longest of those songs is 5:12
The intro alone for Little Wing is better than anything Cobain ever did
